Al & Connie McElheran
Al worked in Ecuador at the hospital I (Leola) worked for and was in charge of the hospital caravan. When the HCJB Ministries had to leave Ecuador, Al moved to Arkansas and was lost with nothing to do. He heard about Impact Ministries that did water projects in remote areas of Honduras. He contacted them to see if he could start a medical caravan and that’s how his Honduras ministry began. He gets 8-10 volunteers (doctor, nurses, dentists and any volunteers wishing to do mission work) to go along. He buys all his own medicines so donations are gladly accepted.
